During a trip to Battambong along National Road No. 5 through Siem Reap and Banteay Meanchey province, a small business selling grilled mouse caught the eyes of Small Business Cambodia when arrived at Ou Ta Ki village, Ou Ta Ki commune, Battambong's Thmor Koul district.
Asking how their business is, a woman selling the grilled mouse said her business is quiet good selling from 20 Kilograms in the low season to 40 Kilograms of mice every day.
Note that the lowest price for 1 Kg of the mouse is 20,000 Riel (about USD 5.00).
